A bunch of nuts in wine country
Limerock Orchards our small, family-owned walnut farm in the hills of western Paso Robles. It is an unassuming gem, nestled in the land of wine, wine and tons upon tons of wine grapes.
In what was either a stroke of madness or genius (jury is still out), the Gonzales family began their small walnut company in 2009 with nothing but an orchard full of very delicious, dry farmed walnuts and a whole lot of trial and error. Two walnut oil batches, five flavored walnut recipes and countless meetings later, we like to think that we have come a long way in what is still only the beginning.
